5Vital protein collagens are part of my daily life now I have match,Bouvine and marine. I mix one scoop of marine and 1 scoop of Bouvine to make sure I'm getting all type of collagen and some days when I need extra energy I have match before work.

Easy Daily Routine
5I’ve been only using this product collagen peptides for almost 3 weeks now and so do feel like I have more energy; it’s early days yet whether it improves my skin/ hair but I’m very hopeful- nothing happens overnight right. It’s easy to incorporate into your morning tea or coffee; shake and completely tasteless - doesn’t go all lumpy either just dissolves completely so you’ll never know it’s even there. Love it so far
