Noticeable results after 1 month
5I’ve been using vital proteins for 4 weeks now and I’m really surprised at how nice my skin looks. It’s softer and much more hydrated. I had a rough patch on my arm for months and it’s gone now. The powder is tasteless and dissolved well, I’ve used it in tea, coffee and juice. Definitely recommend.Â

4It’s been my first month using it and it’s probably too early to see the results but it’s good so far. I add it every morning to my coffee and it really doesn’t change its taste which is brilliant. I’ll be definitely buying another one.Â

Very good product
5No hassle to use. Use one scoop (provided), in water, coffee, smoothie etc. Dissolves quickly and tasteless. I would definitely recommend this product.

51 week in and so far so good, I’ve noticed that when taken at night it helps me sleep, I enjoy it in tea. It has a very mild flavour that’s a little sweet or malty even. I’ve been feeling pretty good but it’s far too soon to see any real results in my hair or skin.Â

My daily dose of freshness!
5I noticed a difference in my skin really quickly, i'm 28 so I don't have very deep lines but my skin felt a lot more radiant and I felt less need to wear foundation! My mum has also started taking it, so it's gone down really well in our house!
