5I have recently started taking this product as I have heard so many good reviews. Easy to drink with water, I haven't seen any results as yet as I've only been a taking for a few days but will continue to use .

4I can definitely notice a difference in my skin after a month of using this product but I just can't get it to dissolve completely....it ends up in congealed lumps so going to try the capsules next

Noticeble changes after first month
5After first month of using collagen peptides, I can already notice substantial changes: my skin is brighter, hair is shiner and nails are stronger. I will definitely continue using it.
