So far so good !
5Only been using 3 weeks but my partner and I are both using only 1 scoop a day , he has already noticed less joint pain , very happy and looking forward to continuing!

5This was recommended by my daughter as after having covid quite severe along with other symptoms of long covid I had severe hair loss (telogen effluvium) since using this product I have noticed a vast improvement I'm my hair I have new growth and also my skin is glowing and has been noticed by friends and family very happy and would definitely recommend.

5Only been using for just over 2 weeks so too early to comment on skin benefits. However because it acts as a protein powder aswel its keeping me fuller for longer & has reduced sugar cravings as a result. I've also found it helps me do workouts better & helps muscles & joints feels stronger. Definetly will continue using!

Great easy addition
4Great addition into smoothies and hot drinks as it has no flavour so it gives me loads of extra boosts without making my coffee taste funny! I tried it in cold drinks and in my water bottle to start with and it went kind of clumpy at the bottom, but in smoothies where i blend it in, and in hot drinks where it dissolves its great!

Face changer!
5Bought this in the hope it would help my skin, hair and nails. I am not disappointed! Within 3 weeks of using it daily, I have noticed a pretty big difference in my skin. It has more 'bounce back' and is just generally softer, smoother, plumper and nicer! Can't believe it's taken me to age 34 to realise my diet needed supplementing with it. I won't be stopping buying/using this any time soon!

5It has absolutely no taste if you mix it with hot drinks, dissolves very easily, in cold drinks it takes a bit more effort. I am using it for three weeks and can see difference on my nails and skin, they feel stronger. Also love the fact that it boosts your protein intake. Would recommend this product.
