Great product
5Virtually flavourless I prefer it in tea rather than a cold drink, not gritty, dissolves very quickly. My hairdresser commented that she thought my hair felt thicker and my nails are less brittle, win!

Very easy to add to daily routine
5This powder just dissolves into any drink and you cant even see it, i usually have two scoops a day one at a time, i have been feeling better since i started adding it to my daily intake, and also when i exercise, i seem to be stronger when im lifting my weights, unlike the struggle i was having before, i have osteopenia, and wanted help with my bone health, as well as my skin, which is looking very good too. I am going to continue using this powder and looking forward to a continuation of the effects i have started to experience already

Sceptical but surprised
5I wasn't convinced that I would notice any change but I have to admit that my skin and hair seem to look healthier and that is only after 3 weeks of taking once scoop a day. I had dry itchy skin on my face and that has completely cleared up. My hair looks thicker and more healthy. Really impressed and will continue to boost my morning coffee!

5I've tried a few other brands for this product but keep coming back to vital proteins as I find the powder dissolves way better than every other one I've tried. I've been using 2 scoops everyday consistently for the past 2 months & have definitely noticed a difference in my skin & nails so far. Would recommend
