Can’t taste it
5If it’s mixed into coffee; it just makes it creamier. Genuinely was nervous you’d be able to taste it but you can’t. Great stuff

Hair and nails are stronger
5I have been taking this for about 3 months now and saw a difference in my hair within a couple of week. My nails are stronger too. It’s routine now, I add to the milk for my cereal in the morning. Would highly recommend.

Really worth a try!
5I tried it and have now been using this collagen for the past few years. My hair, skin and nails have shown positive improvements and my dodgy knee joint has been much less painful (cartilage injury from weight training). I've noticed that if I stop taking the collagen for a while, the pain and clicking returns so taking it is definitely helping. I would recommend!
