No more a sceptic
5Very pleasantly surprised by the taste when whizzed up with warm Almond milk. After 2 weeks I’ve definitely noticed a great improvement to the condition my nails and hair. Too early to say how my skin is improving, definitely seeing feeling a glow!

Easy to use and promising so far!
5Been using this for a few weeks now, and while I'm unable to judge long-term effects yet, I feel like I have seen a slight improvement in my skin texture and nail growth, so I'll stick with it. The product is really easy to use, dissolves nicely in hot drinks, and has no discernible taste, so it's super convenient.

First time buyer
5I've been using vital protein powder for about 3 weeks now and I have already started to notice a difference in the health of my nails. They are much stronger and grow quicker. I'm looking forward to seeing if my hair and skin improves over the coming weeks. I take 20g every morning either mixed in with my coffee or a fruit juice depending on how I feel that day. The power dissolves much quicker in hot water and my only criticism would be that when put in a cold liquid it can sometimes have a few little lumps that don't dissolve properly but I just dissolve it in a very small amount of boiling water and then add my juice after a few minutes when this has cooled. I've been really impressed with this product and would definitely recommend.

4I have been using Vital Proteins collagen Peptides powder for a couple of months. I am 44 and heading towards the menopause which is why I made the decision to start taking a collagen supplement. So far whilst I am not seeing any huge differences to my hair or nails I am seeing benefits to my skin. For anyone wanting to use the powder I would recommend putting it into your morning hot coffee or tea as it devolves perfectly that way. Do not put it the powder in first though otherwise it acts almost like cornflower does and turns into a sticky paste, but if you put it in after you have added the hot water it devolves perfectly. I have tried both the marine and bovine versions and neither leave any strange after taste. If anything I actually prefer my morning cup of tea as it almost taste’s like I’ve added a creamer.

5This odorless and unflavoured product is easy to mix with your favourite fruit juice or just water its a fab addition to a healthy diet , looking forward to the benefits from taking it long term

Great product
5Been taking this for about 3 weeks now I can see a difference in my skin it feels much plumper plus I in February I fractured my kneecap and have been suffering lots of pain until I started taking Collagen Peptide the pain had eased a lot I will continue to use it feel much better for taking it.
