5Been using Vital Proteins for over a year now. Took a couple of months to see results but now have stronger nails, they were super weak, and even my hairdresser comments on how healthy my hair looks. Skin looks healthier also. This from a mature (72) lady. Happy.

4I was worried that it would taste awful but it actually is ok! Pop it in my tea and I don't mind it at all. Hoping it will give my skin some missing oomph!

Skin texture improved and knee pain gone
5I have been using Vital Proteins for the last couple of years. What I noticed is my skin texture has improved s lot. My skin used to feel dry and tight and now I feel that I have more elasticity , plump and healthy looking skin. On top of that my knee used to hurt at nights. I am a runner, so I thought it is because of running. Surprisingly, my knee pain is gone regardless how much I run. I guess it is collagen doing its work. Overall I am a happy customer and would love to continue using it as its benefits is priceless!

Best collagen
5This collagen mixes really well in hot drinks without any clumps unlike some other collagen I've tried. It's a little more expensive than some brands but Vital Proteins often do special offers so I buy it during those. Overall it's the best brand I've used and the results are noticeable especially in my nails and skin. I recommend.
