Vital Proteins Collagen powder
5In my opinion, this is the best collagen powder on the market. I've tried loads of other brands over the years but this is best for many reasons. Firstly, it mixes really easily in hot drinks with no nasty clumps left on the top. Secondly, it's virtually taste free in coffee. In tea there's a slight taste but not unpleasant. Thirdly, I saw results within the first couple of weeks particularly with my knee joint pain but also with my nails appearing much stronger. The benefits increased with time. I'll keep using this and definitely recommend you give it a try too.

Super Skin
5I was skeptical about this product but after 4 weeks I can honestly say it has improved my skin, nail and hair. So much so my hairdresser commented on how thick my hair was looking.

Stronger Nails
4I’ve been using it only 3 weeks but I’ve noticed that my nails are stronger than before. I haven’t noticed any effect on my sling but as I’ve said it has only been 3 weeks. I’ll write again after using it for at least 3 months. (Everybody says you need to use collagen at least 3 months to see the real result on your skin)

5I’ve been using this product for some months now and I have noticed definate benefits. Both my hair and nails are stronger and less brittle. As I’m trying to increase my protein intake the 18g protein is also an added benefit! I’m hooked!

Ran out, felt the difference
5I ran out of VP, strapped for cash as I'm doing renovations at home so haven't bought a new tub. OMG do i feel the difference. My hips, knees and joints in general are achy. I workout quite a bit using weights so now realise i probably need to subscribe. Not into the idea that they advertise subscription as 20% though, as this is just first time following that its 15%. Not sure how this is better than the 25% offers though.
