5Within a few weeks I have noticed an improvement on my hair (feeling softer and finally growing, my nails & my skin, I suffer with eczema and I find taking a scoop in the morning & another after lunch has really improved all of these, I love it in my coffee in the morning it just makes the coffee tastes malty it’s lovely

5I started using this three weeks ago and I’ve already noticed a difference in my skin. I suffer from quite dry, dehydrated, flakey skin but since I’ve been taken this I have noticed a marked improvement in the texture and certainly the fact that my skin seems more fresh and less dry. I don’t use two scoops a day - I actually only have one with a cup of tea in the morning. I did try two but found it upset my tummy a little so I dialled it back. Maybe I should gradually increase it. Anyway, I do recommend this. You cannot taste this which I like.

My thoughts
4It is still early days for me but so far my nails appear to be improving in health. Not sure about my skin yet. Taste is great as I just put scoops in my first coffee of the day and I can hardly taste it, if anything it makes my coffee a little more creamy.

5I’ve used this in my coffee every morning for a few years now and I’m very satisfied, so many protein powders are so disgusting and I don’t notice this at all and it’s great way for me to get protein in the morning.
