I have been using Vital Protein’s collagen peptides for about 8 years. First in the USA and now in the UK. I mix them every morning in my coffee without fail. I originally sought out this product when I was living in a 3rd floor walk-up apartment situated on a hill at the highest point in my city. At over 50, I was struggling by the time I walked home to make the flight of steps without my knees killing me. I attribute daily use to not only helping with my knees, but also strengthening my nails and hair, which I get constant compliments, even as I now approach 60! I was so worried I would have to leave my daily routine behind once I relocated to the UK, (I had stocked up) and was thrilled that’s not the case. I can’t recommend this product enough. I should also mention that I have an autoimmune disorder that affects my joints, and while nothing will cure it, taking collagen peptides definitely has made a difference. I’ve tried other brands and none compare to the quality of Vital Protein’s.

I absolutely love this product! My hair, nails and skin have never been better. My nails I no longer need acrylic as they are so strong. Even after decorating and picking wallpaper off the walls they didn’t chip! It’s also grass fed so clean for things like fertility. I use to improve egg quality and have had better results since using it. Can’t recommend enough. 

Have been using this product for just a few months and feel a big difference.  My skin is clearer and less sallow looking and my hair and nails have improved … will keep using this product … highly recommend 

I have only been using this product for a few weeks but the difference in my skin is amazing. My hands look younger and my face is plump. I saw a friend last week and she couldn't believe how well I looked. I gave her the product details and she is already using it.

I've tried a few collagen powders, some that are much cheaper, but I always return to Vital Proteins. My hair is amazing and people often comment on it. My nails are stronger than they have ever been. The only downside is that if you stop taking it for a few weeks, you do notice the difference. Well I did. I'd give it 5 stars but I don't like the plastic containers it comes in. I'd rather it was in a bag, that I could empty into my own container. Other companies do this, so it would be good if VP could do this too.

I have been taking the powder for a couple of months now it has defiantly helped my joints which is what I started taking it for. I also have thin hair a bonus is how my hair has improved in condition and thickness.
