So far so good
I've only been on the vitals collagen for a few weeks and surprisingly me and my partner have both noticed the difference in our skin. I had an enlarge pore that really bothered me but since taking this and nothing else in my diet has changed it has decreased and isn't noticeable anymore. I will keep taking this and continue to review the product.

It has helped me

Part of my morning routine
I’m on my 2nd tub of the protein powder so it’s still early days but I’m pleased with the results so far. My nails are stronger, my hair seems to be growing better and my joint pain has improved.

Really effective!
Adding collagen to my diet was the single most effective supplement I've ever tried, particularly this collagen. I've tried others but either the taste or the way it mixes in hot drinks put me off. This collagen mixes quickly and completely and tastes of virtually nothing so it's very easy to add to my morning coffee routine. The results of taking it regularly are very obvious especially with my nails but also in skin condition and less stiffness in the joints after exercise. I recommend trying this for a few weeks and see for yourself. I've been taking it everyday for a couple of years now and I'm hooked!
