3I am 54 female and have been using this for four months now. I have seen no difference in my skin but my hair growth seems to have improved. My nails always were strong and fast growing so I can’t tell the difference. I started taking this to see if it would help with my fine lines around my eyes but no luck yet.

Start the day with protein
5I’ve used this product in my morning coffee for a few years now and I think it helps my energy levels for the day. I’m in perimenapause and I think it also helps various symptoms - strengthening hair,skin, nails etc. Protein powders on the whole are gross but this is very mild and my coffee still tastes great!

5This products is really great, I have been using for a year and a half, have seen great hair growth, lots of new baby hairs within first few months is using! It is slightly pricy, I always bulk buy when there’s an offer. No smell no taste. Very please!

The best collagen
5Perfect in my coffee , no taste or after taste. Great numbers Gives me an energy boost as well I’ve noticed. I always use this product and has definitely helped my nails , hair and my skin and overall my body feels much stronger. I think it helps me with muscle recovery as well . I notice the difference when I’m not taking it.

Noticing a difference
5Two months in of just one scoop in my morning coffee and I’m definitely noticing a difference with my nails being longer, stronger and shinier… I looked up some video reviews online before taking and going by other peoples reviews nails are usually the first sign, then skin and hair come later around the 6 month mark so I’ll update my review if I notice any more changes..

5I really enjoy using this product. I mix it into my morning coffee and it makes it taste even nicer. I believe it has helped with hip pain I have been experiencing and overall my body feels stronger.

5I’ve been using this product for over a year now and wouldn’t change it. My skin looks and feels great, totally believe it’s giving me the collagen boost I need. Usually add 1 scoop to smoothie / porridge.
