4First time user but only have taken two weeks my skin is getting better in terms of shining and soft. Very easy to take in drinks either hot tea or cold water.

Not too sweet
4I was worried this would be a bit too sweet for me but it's not as strong as expected. My friend added some diluting juice to hers but it was fine for me, and dissolved easily. This flavour was a free gift with purchase at BF. It's not my cup of tea and prefer the flavourless original so won't purchase again but a nice addition!

Lovely flavour
5Have it with water when I’m trying to reach my daily water intake, makes a change from plain water. Or add it as a flavour boost to my smoothies. Great for a refreshing drink. I can only have vital protein collagen as there are no horrible after tastes, I am very fussy, this is really nice.

5Always used plain VP creamer in coffee . This was on offer . This flavour is pleasant and useful to experience a change.

Breakfast drink
5I have started to take this supplement in the morning as a drink alongside my breakfast, not only is it helping reduce the consumption of my coffee intake but after a few weeks I am beginning to notice the difference not only in my nails but skin and hair. My skin appears softer and plumper. But my hair is in the best condition it has been in for years. I am over the moon. I would recommend.

5Have been looking for a quality Collagen for awhile. Thankfully what I chose after researching what was on offer has proven worth it.
